Our office is not an urgent care facility. If you are having a mental health crisis, and it is after hours, call 988 for the mental health hotline, 911 for emergency services, or go to your nearest emergency room. You may also contact one of the following agencies that provide 24-hour assistance. 


Turning Point Adult Behavioral Health/St. Mary’s

An inpatient mental health unit offering crisis stabilization, 24-hour behavioral health monitoring, diagnostic assessments, and medication stabilization and management.

UAMS Health AR ConnectNow:

Offers a call center available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, that you can contact at 501-526-3563 or 800-482-9921 if you are struggling with mental health issues.

Their virtual clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is a national network of local crisis centers that provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the United States. We’re committed to improving crisis services and advancing suicide prevention by empowering individuals, advancing professional best practices, and building awareness.

Arkansas Crisis Hotline

Your life matters! Arkansas Crisis Call Specialists are standing by to listen, provide support, and connect Arkansans with resources in their area via our Crisis Helpline. The Arkansas Crisis Center also provides community outreach and customized suicide awareness and prevention training.

The Crisis Text Line provides free, 24/7, confidential crisis support. Text HOME to 741741 to chat with a compassionate, trained crisis counselor. The Crisis Text Line is free on AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, or Verizon networks, standard messaging rates may apply for other carriers.
