Getting Started
Give us a call, and we'll do a 5-minute intake with you to gather some basic information. We'll also explain what to expect as a new patient and answer any questions you might have.
Before You Arrive
Once your first appointment has been scheduled, you will receive an email inviting you to register with our patient portal system. You will be prompted to enter your insurance information and sign the new patient paperwork electronically. We will send you a complimentary text message reminder the day before your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask for a 24 hour notice when possible.
